JOHN CHANDLER — FOUNDER
John Chandler has built his career on meticulous craftsmanship, a highly personal client experience, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional quality. With more than two decades shaped by hands‑on labor and thoughtful project leadership, he brings a rare blend of disciplined management, technical insight, and genuine care to every build.
Starting a summer laborer in his hometown of Blacksburg, John learned the rigor and attention to detail that define exceptional construction. Roles at 84 Lumber, STOCK Building Supply, and with a local developer and general contractor deepened his understanding of engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and the onsite involvement required to execute complex projects with precision.
Today, John channels these experiences into a boutique practice for clients who value a builder who is truly present. He remains closely connected to every project, communicates with clarity, and ensures each detail is intentionally tailored to the client’s lifestyle and priorities. A graduate of Virginia Episcopal School and Randolph‑Macon College, he lives in Midlothian with his wife and their two children.
DWIGHT JOHNSON — PROJECT MANAGER
Originally from Richmond, Dwight Johnson brings nearly 25 years of distinguished experience across residential and commercial construction. His background spans historic restoration, high‑end remodeling, and custom carpentry – expertise that consistently elevates the craftsmanship and precision of every project he touches. Dwight’s depth of knowledge and steady professionalism make him an invaluable partner to our clients and to the artisans and subcontractors who collaborate with us. Outside of work, Dwight enjoys golfing and fishing, and he and his wife are raising their son in Richmond.
KEVIN WHITE — FIELD SUPPORT
A Richmond native, Kevin brings three decades of expertise in fine carpentry, historic restoration, and residential new construction, renovation and remodeling. Known for his meticulous eye and unwavering work ethic, he takes exceptional pride in delivering craftsmanship of the highest caliber. His steady presence and deep technical skill make him a trusted contributor to every project. Beyond the jobsite, Kevin is an avid outdoorsman. He spends his free time rock climbing, camping, and exploring the many adventures found throughout Virginia’s wilderness.
